Amy King is a fully qualified and highly experienced solicitor specialising in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Negligence (also known as Clinical Negligence) and Civil Litigation (also known as Dispute Resolution). She was also appointed a member of the specialist panel of Personal Injury solicitors in 2001 on first application following a rigorous independent assessment process. Amy has been taking cases from initial instructions right through to Court proceedings and fully contested trial since she first qualified as a solicitor in 1995 so will not hesitate to commence formal Court proceedings and proceed all the way to trial where necessary. There is very little she has not come across before in her career!

Amy prides herself on her superb record of success at trial where needed and on getting things right the first time. She knows a good case when she sees one and will give an honest assessment rather than false hope. She has worked at a central London firm for the last 8.5 years so all the testimonials on this site inevitably relate to her work at that firm but she is now also practising as an independent professional a few minutes walk from the railway station in the centre of Gillingham. As a solicitor, Amy is also individually regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and therefore bound by a strict code of conduct and professional ethics. Unlike more generic terms such as "lawyer" or "litigation manager" the word "solicitor" is a title protected by law and so can only be used by those people who have earned the specific right to use it.
